I’m moving to the Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe area in June. I’m moving from Chicago so I’m accustomed to great restaurants.

I need recommendations. What is your favorite tapas, Mexican, cheap eats, Indian, sushi, Chinese, hole-in-the-wall, and overall restaurant?

I tried to provide restaurants that aren’t a popular chain like TGIF’s, Olive Garden, Pizza Hut, etc.
